CNG - Online

CNG-ONLINE offers an alternative way for businesses to benefit from CNG-SAFE’s powerful document management software and workflow without the overhead incurred by server hardware and maintenance and without the up-front investment involved with purchasing CNG-SAFE software. CNG-ONLINE is based on a monthly subscription fee determined by the number of users who will be using the system and by the volume of file storage you require.

CNG-ONLINE users install and run the CNG-SAFE workstation software, so they have the same interface and features as if they were running CNG-SAFE locally. The major difference is that businesses do not have to purchase CNG-SAFE or the necessary server to run the program on their networks. CNG-ONLINE allows users to access CNG-SAFE running on our secure servers via a secure connection. Clients need at least a DSL internet connection and their own scanners.

CNG-ONLINE customers also have telephone, email and web access to Cabinet NG technical support at no additional charge as well as access to a Full Service Administrator who will help with configuration and system changes. This allows you to get up and running faster and removes the necessity of having someone from your firm responsible for system administration.

Security - Access to CNG-ONLINE is via a secure VPN connection using the CNG-SAFE interface software installed on the client computer. All transmissions of documents to the CNG-ONLINE repository are encrypted.
Your Documents - All documents and data stored on CNG-ONLINE are the property of the client. CNG will take every reasonable precaution to make sure documents are secure and backed up. Documents may be removed from the clients’ CNG-ONLINE Repository anytime they like (with paid monthly fees).
Backup - Client documents and information are automatically backed up daily and can be restored within a 7-day retention period. In the event of a need to restore files, CNG personnel will perform this service with written permission.
Training - Clients receive up to 2 hours of individualized system set-up and user training. The CNG trainer will help set up a filing structure, import folder information and make sure that users get off to a good start using the system. Access to additional web-based training classes is included in the monthly subscription fee.
